Done-for-you WhatsApp automation for Indian businesses — built on the official Meta WhatsApp Business API and powered by our own platform, AFOSALES. We set it up, write the flows, and run it. You just take the orders.
Most WhatsApp companies hand you software and walk away. Here's the difference.
We built AFOSALES, our own WhatsApp Business API platform — but the platform isn't what we sell you. The result is.
Four things running from day one, set up and managed by us.
Send offers, launches and reminders to your entire customer list — legally, on the official API, without risking a ban.
Your customers ask the same twelve questions. We build flows that answer instantly and qualify the serious buyers.
One number, your whole team. Chats get assigned, nothing gets missed, and every conversation stays on the customer's record.
Connected to your Shopify or WooCommerce store: cart recovery, order confirmations, shipping updates and follow-ups.
Most agencies stop at the click. We run both halves — so the whole path is one system.
A Meta ad that opens a chat, not a landing page. No form, no drop-off.
The flow greets them and finds out if they're a real buyer.
Tagged, scored and assigned to the right person.
The ones who don't reply get a sequence, not silence.
Where your customer already is, in the language they type in.
Nobody hands off between an ads team and a WhatsApp vendor. One system, one team, one report.
Cheaper tools automate the regular WhatsApp app. Meta bans those numbers — often after you've built your whole customer base on them.
Cart recovery, order updates and repeat purchase campaigns — connected straight to your store.
Orders, reservations and daily offers, without a person glued to the phone.
Appointment booking, reminders and fewer no-shows.
Lead qualification at volume, and follow-up that doesn't depend on memory.
Real setups, real results.
We look at where your leads come from now, and where they're leaking.
We handle Meta Business verification and get your number on the official API.
We map the conversations: what the bot handles, what goes to a human, and when.
We write your message templates and get them through Meta's review.
We connect your Shopify, WooCommerce or existing CRM.
We launch, watch the first weeks closely, and keep optimising the flows.
It's using the official WhatsApp Business API to send and receive messages automatically — broadcasts to your customer list, instant replies to common questions, order updates and follow-up sequences — instead of one person typing every message by hand.
Not on the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, which is what AFOSALES runs on. Bans happen with unofficial tools that automate the consumer WhatsApp app. That's the main reason we don't use them.
You can use your existing business number, but it has to be migrated to the API — and once it is, it can no longer be used in the regular WhatsApp app on a phone. Most businesses prefer a dedicated number. We'll advise based on your setup.
It depends on your message volume, how many flows you need, and whether you want us to manage it ongoing. Meta charges per conversation, and that's separate from our fee. Send us a message and we'll give you a straight number for your case.
Yes. That's one of the most common setups we do — abandoned cart recovery, order confirmations and shipping updates, triggered automatically from your store.
Yes, and they should. The automation handles the repetitive part; anything that needs a human gets routed to your shared team inbox with the conversation history attached.
It's Meta's official business verification badge. We apply for it as part of setup, but the approval is Meta's decision, not ours — it depends on your brand's public presence.
No. We're based in Surat and work with businesses across India, and with clients in the UAE, UK and US.
We can migrate you. Tell us what you're on now and we'll tell you honestly whether switching is worth it for your volume.
Send us a message — on WhatsApp, obviously. Tell us what your business does and where your leads come from, and we'll tell you exactly what we'd automate first.
